Resistance 3

Sentinel Joseph Capelli, who was dishonorably discharged four years after the conclusion of the critically acclaimed Resistance 2, has given up on the Chimeran threat. He is currently hiding out with other survivors, along with his wife and son. Capelli, however, is forced to leave his family and travel the perilous trek from Oklahoma to New York City when Dr. Fyodor Malikov shows up with the chance to strike out against the occupying Chimeran troops. He will come across the survivors of humanity who were left behind after the horrible Chimeran assault along the road.

Resistance 3 depicts Capelli’s valiant survival inside the harsh Resistance environment and is powered by InsomniacGames’ fifth-generation PlayStation 3 technology. Resistance 3 offers a brave yet brutal first-person shooter experience for the PlayStation 3 with new upgradeable weapons, the return of the weapon wheel, a two-player online or split-screen campaign co-op, and a progression-based multiplayer adventure.
