Short Peace: Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day

Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day is a fast-paced 2D side-scrolling platformer game directed by Goichi Suda (Suda51) of Grasshopper Manufacture and developed by Crispy’s Inc. The game is a companion to Katsuhiro Otomo’s short film anime collection, Short Peace. Otomo compiled Short Peacetomo. Players will be drawn further into Ranko Tsukigime’s narrative by the breathtaking animation, tense gameplay, and trippy visuals included in Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day, which presents an entirely new storyline. During the day, Ranko Tsukigime is a typical high school student living alone. However, she transforms into a lethal assassin who can expertly eliminate her targets when night falls. In the middle of a terrible night, as Ranko prepares to take out the next person on her hit list, a demonic enemy organization sneaks up behind her and her allies, jeopardizing their lives. The fast-paced platforming gameplay will test the player’s reflexes and quick judgment as they race through perilous and obstacle-filled settings to escape from a menacing foe who is following closely after them.
