In “The Godfather,” the player can rise through the ranks of the Corleone crime family. You start as a lowly thug in the video game adaptation of the novel and film, but you work your way up to become the most powerful crime boss in New York City. The Godfather is a role-playing video game that allows players to customize their characters and explore a persistent game world in which their choices influence how other characters interact.
