Monster Hunter XX: Double Cross is the sequel to Monster Hunter Generations and the first game in the Monster Hunter series to be released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. In this latest installment of the Monster Hunter series, players can take on the most diverse cast of monsters ever seen in a Monster Hunter game.
The players take on the role of brave hunters who face off against monstrous creatures larger than life and yield precious materials that may be utilized to construct one-of-a-kind weapons and armor. Participate in this nostalgic look back at the beginnings and evolutions of the series by accepting hundreds of missions alone or with the company.
During the hunter’s quest, players are tasked with protecting each of the game’s four communities against powerful adversaries known as the Fated Four and a brand new Elder Dragon that poses an even more significant threat. This game has both traditional gameplay and innovative new twists, new explorable locations, monsters, and returning fan favorites such as the lightning-quick Zinogre and the stealthy Nargacuga with its long tail.
