The sequel to Kinect Sports is Kinect Sports: Season Two. Like in the original game, the player competes in various sports while utilizing the Kinect accessory to experience the action through motion-based control. American football, baseball, darts, golf, skiing, and tennis are available sports. Each game contains a single-player or multiplayer (offline and online) mode and a mini-game version. There are opponents for three difficulty levels in single-player. At first, only the novice difficulty level is available; the others must be unlocked. Fans are acquired via competing, which provides an experience for a level system linked to the profile. Skiing is based on slalom, which requires you to pass through gates and jump. Leaning to the left or right allows you to move. Baseball gameplay consists of sending passes to receivers based on various strategies chosen before the start of the game. You can even sprint as a quarterback, avoiding left and right. Baseball requires you to bat, catch incoming balls, throw, and slide. Each sport’s mini-game employs the mechanics in a different context. For example, you may play pop darts, where you must hit balloons surrounding a figure on a spinning circle. This edition emphasizes the use of voice commands, with around 300 supported.
