Story Left 4 Dead 2 takes place around the same period as the original, just after the pandemic that transformed most people into varied zombie monsters. Players take on the roles of four new “Survivors,” each with their distinct personality and dialogue. The game takes these “Survivors” across the United States’ southern area, from Savannah, Georgia, to Bayou country, culminating in New Orleans’ French Quarter. Gameplay: Left 4 Dead 2 is a first-person shooter that pits players against swarms of zombie-like adversaries, just like the first.
