The critically acclaimed video game is included in the Mortal Kombat: Komplete Edition, along with all of the previously released downloadable content (DLC), as well as digital downloads of the album Mortal Kombat: Songs Inspired by the Warriors, which was released in 2011 and includes a bonus track, and the film Mortal Kombat, which was released in 1995, and both of these can be obtained from the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Live Zune. The downloadable content contains the famous fighters Skarlet, Kenshi, and Rain and the notorious nightmare intruder Freddy Krueger. In addition, fifteen classic skins and three classic fatalities are available, including Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Reptile. JFK, one half of the DJ/production duo MSTRKRFT and the other half of Death From Above 1979 is the executive producer of the album Mortal Kombat: Songs Inspired by the Warriors, a collection of electronic music inspired by the video game Mortal Kombat.
