Naruto: Rise of a Ninja

Naruto: Rise of a Ninja, the first Naruto game created by North Americans, is an action game with puzzle and RPG components. Battles occur in arenas, similar to conventional one-on-one fighting games. Still, there’s more to the action than just each character’s combos: ninjutsu mini-games, fury mode, thrown weapons, and replacement techniques liven things up. You play as Naruto, completing objectives, gaining respect, and assisting people to earn training points and unlock talents and ninjutsu. There are side tasks, mini-games, and hidden items to open or improve scrolls, throw weapons, and earn even more training points. You may also access Fight mode, which features 11 characters from the series—play Tournament mode against more challenging AI or online or offline multiplayer battles against a buddy or AI. Finally, there’s the Forest of Death Tournament, where you compete against online opponents and must win 5 consecutive encounters. There are downloadable characters with unique combinations and ninjutsu.
