After the Sand Village’s attack on Leaf Village is repulsed, it appears like things in Leaf Village will quiet down for a while…until Orochimaru emerges, thirsty for revenge in his drive for dominance, and launches his attack on Leaf Village. With his friends and instructors, Naruto must now help rebuild the community and put a stop to the wicked characters threatening its tranquility. Naruto: The Broken Bond is an action-platform game that is a direct successor to Rise of a Ninja. It picks up where the last game left off in the anime’s narrative. The player takes control of Naruto and up to two companions as they explore the area surrounding Leaf Village, accepting tasks from Jiraiya and the Hokage. Battles take place as a one-on-one side-view fighting game, including tag play and team assaults in this title. The game’s interface has undergone several minor adjustments. Many jutsu have been simplified: chakra focus is now engaged immediately while climbing walls or walking on water, and the addition of new playable characters provides a far broader range of skills to employ, whether exploring or battling. The game also includes a wide range of mini-games and side tasks, such as fishing, bounty hunting, hide-and-seek, and the Tanzaku gaming booths. Completing these tasks will help Naruto enhance his combat skills. Aside from the story mode, there is a direct fighting mode for up to four players. It may be played locally or online using Xbox Live. As you progress through the story mode, additional characters and levels become available for use in the battle mode. The game has three difficulty levels, including voice acting in English and Japanese.
