Spider-Man 3

Spider-Man 3 is an action game based on the Spider-Man 3 film published on May 4, 2007, for the Game Boy Advance, Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, Wii, and PlayStation 3. On October 17, 2007, a PSP version was made available. Vicarious Visions created the Game Boy Advance, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, and Wii versions; Beenox developed the Microsoft Windows version; and Treyarch made the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. The game’s planned releases for Xbox and GameCube were canceled owing to low Xbox sales and restricted GameCube resources. The game’s narrative extends to the film by incorporating more characters and aspects from the Spider-Man comic books and the Marvel Universe. Different villains from the comics are included, depending on the platform. However, all game versions contain the film’s primary villains: New Goblin, Sandman, and Venom.
