Toy Story 2 is a platform adventure game developed based on the famous Pixar movie, Toy Story 2. This game is a continuation of Toy Story 1 and talks about Woody’s first meeting with Buzz Lightyear. The relationship between the two had developed into a close friend, and up until the second game, Woody was in distress, and Buzz was on his way to rescue him. The game has a plot, and the gameplay is well-developed thanks to the ideas introduced in the Toy Story. Both games have an environment designed based on Andy’s room, and this time Buzz will have to go to the outside world to look for Woody. That’s right, Buzz with friends will go everywhere, discover new things, and meet new friends in a completely different world even they don’t know where Woody is.

Toy Story 2 is a platform adventure game, and the player controls Buzz to pass fifteen levels of the story. Each level is a different place, and a huge scale can be considered as a separate world. The game has a simple control mechanism that helps players control Buzz more smoothly, and can overcome the challenges and puzzles that appear along the way. The game also adds combat elements, and players will have to use Buzz’s laser wrist to destroy everything. Just like in the original movie, Buzz has many impressive abilities that help him stand out from the other characters.

The variety of environments will be reflected in each level of the game, and that will make the gameplay more in-depth and give players a variety of different experiences. Along the way, players will collect many different items and power-ups to fight and complete challenges. Besides, the level will appear to have additional characters that have been introduced in the movie. Players can interact with these characters in the task of collecting items scattered throughout the level to receive attractive rewards. Each character will also give important information for players to search for Woody. Buzz can use power-ups to fire a laser wrist through a first-person perspective. Players can use laser wrist to destroy enemies or shoot at the level mechanism to progress the game.

Buzz has countless special abilities for players to move around the map as well as complete the challenges posed by the game. Buzz can fly, stomp, and perform interactive actions with the environment at several locations. The game is not only based on its original movie but also shows the endless creativity in the toy world compared to the real world.
