There are a total of ten unique characters available in Bust-A-Move Bash!, including series mainstays such as Bub and Bob in addition to several fresh faces. The following are the many game modes that are available to players:
- The Puzzle Mode includes a total of 500 different levels spread across five distinct sections.
- There are three different game modes: Endless Mode, which is a demanding test of bubble-bursting ability and endurance; Vs. Mode, which allows up to eight people to compete against each other at the same time; and Classic Mode.
- Shooting Style is a brand-new game mode in which bubbles attack players from a variety of different directions. Participants have the option of using both the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk Controller in tandem in order to better tackle the continuous onslaught.
