Black Page

There is a rumor that if you visit the Black Page Website and see “something” there, you will die. Although anybody can browse the website, only a select few can actually see the contents. The website consists entirely of black and only displays a counter. Some claim that the website is a prank, a fake, or a marketing gimmick. The counter shows how many individuals have passed away after visiting the site, and others claim it is a gateway to something evil.

Principal Figures

Those who find something on the Black Page start to veer off in a dangerous direction. The game features a number of characters that appear throughout. These characters and their struggle for survival are at the center of The Calling.

Interstitial Space

The space-between-space where the Calling takes place is where the spirits of the dead go. The memories of deceased characters and numerous interior settings, like homes, schools, hospitals, etc., create this place. Someone or something is attracting the living to this area for a reason that, once the players learn the truth, turns out to be horrible.

FEATURES

  • Traditional survival horror: No chainsaws, rocket launchers, or armor. The plot of the novel Calling centers on the struggle for the survival of actual individuals.
  • Wii controls are made to be intuitive for moving characters across the globe.
  • You can use equipment like radios, notepads, and flashlights to avoid being called.
