Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is based on the same-named computer-animated film from 2009. The player is portrayed as Flint Lockwood, an aspiring inventor who attempts to cure his town’s famine problem by inventing the machine that converts water into food. The machine quickly loses control and begins raining food on Flint’s town. It is up to him to stop the machine and get rid of the excess food. However, to make matters worse, the machine is now shielded by mutant food. The player must fight and puzzle their way through twenty levels, using Flint’s self-made gadgets such as a hairdryer modified into a heat gun, which can be used to melt ice cream barriers, and a mechanical boxing glove to punch food. Each level contains thirty distinct destroyable food items. Destroying them all reveals a fragment of a blueprint for a unique item.
