The multiple award-winning suspense-horror action-adventure game provides players with an open-world experience that includes detailed interactions with locals of Greenvale, in addition to a plethora of side quests and mini games that can assist in solving the murders and revealing hidden secrets about the town.
Players are tasked with investigating the terrible killing of a young local beauty while playing the role of the special agent Francis York Morgan (just call him York; everyone else does). It is up to York to unravel the mystery of the Red Seed Murders and stay alive in a location where mystical beings and a murderer are trying to put an end to his research. The setting for the story is a little American town set against the backdrop of towering mountains.
