Iron Man 2 is an action-adventure video game released in 2010 that is partially based on the film of the same name. It was released on April 30, 2010[3] in Europe and on May 4, 2010, in North America. [4] Sega Studios San Francisco produced the game for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo DS, High Voltage Software for Wii and PlayStation Portable,[1] and Gameloft for iOS (published on May 3[5]) and BlackBerry PlayBook (released on August 25[6]). A Microsoft Windows version was planned but never materialized. [7]
Matt Fraction, the author of The Invincible Iron Man, wrote the game’s original story. [8] This tale follows the film’s scenario, while the iOS and BlackBerry versions follow the plot more closely. Don Cheadle and Samuel L. Jackson reprise their roles from the film in the video game. “Hit the Wall,” a song by Lamb of God, was recorded exclusively for the game.
