In the game Renegade Ops, four mercenaries are tasked with foiling a villain’s plans to dominate the globe. Unluckily, he also commands a sizable army that is at his disposal. The story’s heroes navigate relatively open terrain in armored vehicles for a fighting chance. This game focuses on fast-paced action and does not include significant plot parts. Most of the time is spent by the player driving to the next mission objective while simultaneously destroying everything in sight, accompanied by large explosions. Every soldier has their unique special attack, and as you progress through the game, you can unlock new abilities, such as having more life energy or upgrading their weapons.
Gordon Freeman, a player character familiar from the Half-Life series, is included in the Windows version of the game as an additional playable character.
