Retro City Rampage

Vblank Entertainment is responsible for developing the downloadable action-adventure video game Retro City Rampage, available for the WiiWare, Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network, and Microsoft Windows platforms. This is a spoof on classic video games, the popular culture of the 1980s and 1990s, and games like Grand Theft Auto and others like it. The PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and Microsoft Windows versions were made available on October 9, 2012, while the Xbox Live Arcade version was made available on January 2, 2013, and the WiiWare version was made available on February 28, 2013. Before November of the following year, when Deer Drive Legends was ported over to the WiiWare service, Retro City Rampage was the final original game to be released for the WiiWare service internationally. On February 6, 2014, an improved version of the game, Retro City Rampage DX, was made available on the Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo 3DS. The enhanced game version was also included in subsequent ports of the original game. In June 2015, it was revealed that a DOS version of the game dubbed Retro City Rampage 486 would be released, and the majority of its features would remain unchanged.
