XBLAZE Code: Embryo

Arc System Works is the company that created and published the video game XBlaze Code: Embryo, which is a visual novel. It is set in the year 2050, which is 150 years before the events that take place in the BlazBlue series. On July 25, 2013, the game was made available for the PS3 and PSV in Japan, and on June 24, 2014, it was made available in North America. On August 5, it was revealed that a sequel called XBlaze: Lost Memories would be released in Japan on the PS3 and PSV sometime during the following calendar year.
