In addition to the ever-popular 2-player game, now you can challenge the computer in the guise of the Blue, Yellow or Red Virus. This Super Famicom version of Dr. Mario was released exclusively for the Nintendo Power service in Japan and is the same that the one found in the compilation Tetris & Dr. Mario, which was not released in that country.
