Mario Party 2 is a party game developed by Nintendo for Nintendo 64. It’s the second game in the Mario Party series and is arguably one of the most entertaining games for Nintendo 64. In this game, players will choose one of the six playable characters who have appeared in the universe of Super Mario and join a series of mini-games to complete the story. The game also supports multiplayer, allowing four people to challenge each other to see who has the highest score through activities and events in the game.

Mario Party 2 has a wide variety of mini-games, features, and characters, as well the world development and its storyline. Once the player has chosen a representative, the player will be brought to a giant game board with many different areas. On the board will appear connected circles, thereby creating a path and covering the whole map. Players must use dice to move characters, and all characters must move in a certain order. Depending on the number the player receives the dice, the character will move with the corresponding number of steps, and the dice can be used in deciding mini-games.

Collectible items, hidden mini-games, and bonuses will be hidden within highlighted circles for players to collect. Of course, everything is random to increase the level of entertainment of the game. What makes this game stand out is the series of mini-games included in the game. The variety of mini-games will delight players, and each mini-game will have its own rules. Anyone with the highest score at the end of the mini-games will receive Stars. Besides Stars, players can collect other items to exchange at the store if they are lucky enough to enter. The game has simple rules, whoever gets the Star number that meets the requirements of the game, the game will end.

The path around the board can be divided into many different branches, and even players can set traps in their place for other players if lucky enough to step on. Anyone trapped or adversely affected will lose their turn, and that leaves them at a disadvantage. In other words, this game depends on the luck of the player, and it always gives players many surprises as well as humorous situations. Mario Party 2 is always considered one of the best games because of what it offers to players, such as entertainment, storylines, gameplay, and fun.
