Puss In Boots

In the years leading up to his first encounter with Shrek and Donkey in Shrek 2, Puss in Boots is tasked with clearing his name of the various accusations that have led to his status as a wanted fugitive. While Puss is attempting to steal magic beans from the notorious crooks Jack and Jill, the hero comes face to face with his female counterpart, Kitty Softpaws, who directs him to his former buddy and ally turned adversary, Humpty Dumpty. Puss’s memories of friendship and betrayal cause him to have more doubts, but in the end, he does agree to assist the egg in retrieving the magic beans. The three of them conspire to take the golden goose, travel to the Giant’s castle, and steal the magic beans to forgive Puss for his wrongdoings.
