Ape Escape Academy

Ape Escape Academy puts you in the shoes of one of the Ape Escape series’ cheeky monkeys. Select your chimp, then prepare to take various classes in Academy Mode. Each ‘class’ has its mini-game. You aim to complete as many mini-games from the 9×9 grid as possible while scoring as many lines as possible (like Noughts and Crosses). Mini-games range from mind-bending quizzes to bizarre sports games to the simply ridiculous, such as defending a roast banana from oncoming apes or flying through the sky delivering parachutes to plummeting primates. As you progress through Academy Mode, you can play games in the “Mini-game Collection.” You can select from the available mini-games and play them as often as possible to improve your skills. Some mini-games contain hidden statues that can be collected to unlock more monkey profiles in your Showcase. Finally, you can play Ape Escape Academy against up to three friends in a battle to see who is the best.
