Baseball Stars 2

Baseball Stars Professional 2 is a fast-paced arcade-style baseball game with six fictitious teams, each with unique strengths and weaknesses. There are two levels of play difficulty: Beginner automatically fields the ball for the player, whereas Exciting requires the user to field the ball manually. Furthermore, there are two primary modes of play: the player will compete in a fifteen-team tournament in the single-player mode or go head-to-head against a friend in the multiplayer game. The regular baseball regulations remain in effect, but it introduces power-ups that players can acquire and employ during the game, such as the ability for their pitcher to throw quicker or their batter to hit harder. They can also substitute a player during the game, but only three times each game. The game is presented in 2D graphics with comic-style cutscenes to depict the action, such as dramatic catches and home runs that will appear throughout the game.
