The Namco Bandai video game Battle Robot Damashii is a fusion of the mecha and action genres. Artdink, best known for the Gundam Battle series as well as various PSP and “hybrid” PS3 Macross titles, is the studio responsible for its development. The primary inspiration for the game came from the Robot Damashii series, a line of robot figures produced by Bandai.
