Segawa Yuuta is a first-year university student raised by his older sister, Yuri, but preferred to live alone after Yuri married. Yuuta is requested to babysit Takanashi Sora, Miu, and Hina by Yuri and her husband while they go on a trip. During this time, however, the plane on which Yuri and her husband are traveling crashes, and they are both reported missing. Yuuta takes it upon himself to watch after the girls in his little dormitory flat to keep them from being separated. Yuuta’s existence begins with him living his daily life with three girls.
