In the not-too-distant future, there is a mad dash for a new energy source known as the neutron polymer. It has come to light that the soil of Beltonia, a small nation making strides toward democratic rule, has significant quantities of neutron polymer. The authorities brought the 9th Kisou Ryouhei regiment, also known as the Gunhound, into the conflict to keep the hostilities from spiraling out of control. This is a very tiny crew, but their contribution to the war effort will alter how the country moves forward.
