Michael Jackson: The Experience

The video game Michael Jackson: The Experience is a rhythm game in which players are challenged to virtually dance along with the King of Pop to over a dozen of his most famous songs. Players can make their characters dance by pressing the directional buttons on their PSP console in sync with the music and following the instructions on the screen. The artist’s choreography, as seen in popular music videos and live performances, serves as the basis for creating routines which replicate the performer’s actual positions and postures through a rotoscope-style animation technique. When a player has mastered the choreography associated with a particular song, that song will become available in a jukebox mode that may be accessed at any time. The game allows players of varying skill levels to test their mettle with three distinct difficulty levels.
