Military History: Commander – Europe at War

Commander: Europe at War is a turn-based strategy game set during WWII. The player can choose to play as allies or axis forces in a game that spans the whole European war chapter. Alternatively, you can play one of the six included scenarios, such as Operation Barbarossa, D-Day, or the Grand Campaign. The game is displayed on a hexagonal grid map of Europe, the United States, and Africa. There are 12 different types of units, and historical commanders can be assigned to specific departments. The player can also give researchers to work on 50 innovations to help you win the battle. Factors like morale, supply lines, equipment, and training determine individual attacks.
