Omoi no Kakera: Close To

One day, Homura Motoki and his girlfriend Yuuna were out strolling along the street when they were hit by a car. Both of them were injured. After he had passed out in the hospital, he came to his senses and understood that something extraordinary had taken place. He appeared to have an out-of-body experience, as no one could see or hear him in this state. Motoki, currently suspended in the air, set out on an adventure to find Yuuna but was shocked to learn that she had no recollection of the accident or the two of them together. Motoki has only a few days left before his body can no longer sustain itself; therefore, he needs to find a means to make Yuuna remember who he is so that he can return to his body.
