Parodius Portable

This compilation of games from the Parodius series was made available on the PlayStation Portable (PSP) device in Japan only. Its name, Parodius Portable, refers to the games themselves. Players can experience classic console and arcade games in handheld format, much like Konami’s other PSP compilations, such as Twinbee Portable (also only available in Japan) and Gradius Portable (known as Gradius Collection in other countries), which are also available for the Gradius series. You can scale the game’s graphics to match the PSP screen to make the most of the widescreen aspect ratio, or you can utilize a variety of other screen sizes to achieve the appearance of an actual low resolution.
