The plot is set in a scenario similar to Princess Maker 2, a fictitious location resembling Western Europe. The city appears to be from the Renaissance rather than the Middle Ages, suggesting that the time is later than in Princess Maker 2. The concept is that, before the start of the game, magic had only just been developed in the Human Kingdom. Alchemists and magicians created various magical creations using a type of magical stone. This resulted in an enlightenment revolution in magic, and people tried to make money by harvesting these stones. However, the primary source of this stone came from the Realms of the Demons deep within a forest, and despite the hazards, the people continued to dig. A flood of humans flooded the Demon Realm, prompting the Demon King to break his silence and wage battle. The Human Kingdom was losing badly because its warriors couldn’t stand up to the ranks of the Demon Army.

Then a hero stepped forward and plunged into the Demon Realms to persuade the Demon King to halt by whatever means imaginable. Isabelle was a superb swordsman and a formidable magician. Because of her efforts, the conflict ended, and the kingdom was saved. A good companion who traveled and battled with her was present when she stopped the Demon King’s army, but the two became separated in the battle, and Isabelle vanished. To save her, the King dispatched an expedition into the Demon Realm, which included her buddy. The men surrounding him perished after ten years of looking, and the name Isabelle became a relic of the past. He became the only one who continued to look for her, expecting to locate her again. During his hunt, the man came across an Oasis. Isabelle was standing near a demon kid with a child in his arms when he discovered her. She requested an old acquaintance to take the child and raise her among people, allowing her to live a regular life. He awoke on the boundaries of the Demon Realm, with a small girl grasping his hand. As a result, he opted to raise the child as his own. When he returned to the kingdom, he declined the King’s gift of nobility in exchange for a simple little cottage to raise his daughter. The game primarily relies on events, the plot of which will be discussed later.
