Ridge Racer 2

Ridge Racer 2 isn’t so much a sequel to the original PlayStation Portable title Ridge Racer as it is an update to the existing game with several improvements and a lot of new content. Ridge Racer 2 was released about a year after its predecessor, with the following changes and additions: – A new opening and ending CGI movie. – A plethora of new tracks and songs from previous Ridge Racer games. – New SPECIAL class cars to compete in and win duels with. – Survival mode: In a four-car race, the car in last place is eliminated from the pack after each round. – Duel mode: Compete against a single AI car in a race. – The single-race mode has been replaced by an arcade mode in which the player races against a pack of 11 cars and must reach checkpoints on the track to stay in the game. The options menu now includes a new option for adjusting the difficulty of Arcade mode.
