The first major official add-on for Skyrim, “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Dawnguard” for PlayStation 3, brings players back to Tamriel with a new Dawnguard-themed questline. In this expansion, vampire lord Harkon has returned to power and threatens to plunge Tamriel into eternal darkness with the Elder Scrolls. The Dragonborn must choose between joining the Dawnguard, a vampire hunting group, to prevent this disaster or becoming a vampire lord and ruling Tamriel in eternal night.
