Cars 2

Disney•Pixar Cars 2 is a racing game based on the same-named animated film. Lightning McQueen and his pals are trained in C.H.R.O.M.E. missions, or races, to defeat Professor Zundapp. The main racing event is the battle mode. The player races against opponents while collecting power-ups to perform offensive (machine guns) or defensive (e.g., a shield against enemy attacks) actions and speed boosts. Other variations of battle mode include racing against the clock and elimination races. Unlike the console/P.C. version, the cars cannot be freely controlled: the player can only jump between lanes. During the race, the camera angle changes automatically. Players can unlock new vehicles with varying degrees of control, power, and speed throughout the campaign. The used car can be changed before starting a new campaign mission with varying difficulty levels. All racing modes are available in the accessible play mode.
