Genso Suikoden I & II

This is a re-release of two role-playing games for the Playstation, both based on the ancient Chinese novel Shuihuzhuan in some way (“Water Margin”). In the video game Suikoden, you take on the role of the son of an imperial general who is a member of a rebel group and finds that he and his father are on opposing sides of the same conflict. In the game Suikoden II, you play the role of a young soldier who discovers that his captain has been betraying the army. You and your best buddy are going to have to figure out where you fit in the conflict that is taking place between your country and a coalition of other nations. Both the visuals and the gameplay are the same as they were in the first version. Many additional scenes, the opportunity to view movie sequences and significant events from the games, as well as a few other bonuses, were among the new additions.
