Two months after the events of “Killzone,” the events of Killzone: Liberation (PS2) take place, and the Helghast still controls the majority of southern Vekta. To gain the initiative and bolster his position even more, the Helghast General Metric has resorted to harsh measures, which means that the norms of war have been thrown out the window. Players will be allowed to reprise their role as Templars, and they are tasked with carrying out a mission to rescue captives held captive by Metrac as ISA forces continue their fight for freedom. Killzone: Liberation provides players a more strategic surveillance viewpoint during gameplay by utilizing an intelligent third-person camera system. Players may use this viewpoint to watch their actions and read their enemies’ behavior. Killzone: Liberation is a first-person shooter video game developed by Guerrilla Games for the PlayStation 2. It is set in a violent postmodern battle similar to the war depicted in the game’s predecessor for the PlayStation 2. Throughout the game, players will have access to various weaponry, each original and forward-thinking, drawing inspiration from contemporary military technology.
