Miami Vice

Miami Vice is a PlayStation Portable third-person shooter. It was released in conjunction with the film of the same name. As a result, the narcotics policemen Crockett and Tubbs are modeled after Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx, respectively. Most of the gameplay, when progressing through levels, is battle, with monsters that must be defeated to proceed. The emphasis is on taking cover, as health runs out quickly if the player remains open during a shoot-out. All firearms include laser sights that serve as an aiming reticule. The player may also purchase and sell medications from other sources. Drugs can be bought once and stored for several days, during which time their value may increase, resulting in a profit for the player. Furthermore, various medications can be gathered throughout each level and sold for a profit once the level is completed. Informants can also be sold drugs in exchange for information.
