Sekai De Ichiban NG na Koi: Full House

Yoshimura Osamu (28) has lost his love, work, hopes, and even most of his youth, so he spends his last money at the local pub and wanders the streets aimlessly. Despite this, the beautiful woman who had been the center of attention back in the pub approaches Osamu on the street in an attempt to cheer him up. Sensing that fate may be at work in their meeting, Osamu reveals his affections to the older woman, but… “Come visit me if you ever find yourself in trouble.” Osamu follows his given address and arrives at the “Terrace House Hinosaka”, a run-down boarding house, after learning that she operates an apartment complex in a prestigious city district. But when he arrives, he sees a girl young enough to be Honoka’s daughter… who is, in fact, her daughter, Hinosaka Mitoko (height: 144cm). Honoka had found another man and eloped while Osamu was preoccupied contemplating fate and his sentiments, leaving the boarding home to her daughter and a collection of strange residents. So this tall, jobless, well-educated, and allegedly youthful man begins a new life under the same house as an admirable, hardworking, but vertically challenged female who fiercely opposes the last part of that description. Already bewildered by his eccentric new neighbors, Osamu finds himself fending off the strange approaches of a coworker at his new workplace, opposing the nefarious machinations of a wealthy young woman living nearby, and discovering the truth about Mitoko’s homeroom teacher: a woman who wears black stockings. By the end of this story, where will our protagonist, who unknowingly became bedfellows with disaster, wind up?
