In the country, there is a high school. The school is filled with cutting-edge modern equipment. However, when a typhoon strikes, practically all functions cease to work, and system failures occur individually. There is no electricity or running water. Students have little time to study, yet they like their educational experience. Shinichirou is a transfer student member of the School Retrieval Committee. Their objective is to troubleshoot system issues for other pupils.
