Valkyria Chronicles II

The sequel to Valkyria Chronicles is Valkyria Chronicles II. The game takes place two years after the end of World War II. The fighting has subsided, but rebel groups are still to contend with. These insurgent groups are motivated by ethnic groups. The game takes place at Lanseal Military Academy, where you take on the role of Leon, the class leader. It is your responsibility to motivate and plan battles with your classmates. The game begins with school training and class competitions, but soon everyone is required to assist in fighting the rebel group. The gameplay is largely similar to that of the original Valkyria Chronicles. The game switches between a strategic top-view field where you can choose which unit to move. After selecting a team, you play real-time in a third-person view with that unit until it runs out of stamina and attacks.
