The gameplay of Pandora Tomorrow is, for the most part, virtually identical to that of the first Splinter Cell game. The game offers some significant graphics upgrades, as well as some minor modifications to the gameplay, such as the removal of health kits as an inventory item and the inclusion of a laser sight to Sam’s pistol, which enables the player to know precisely where the bullets will strike even when they are moving about. In addition to this, Sam is now able to enter doors while carrying a body, shoot while hanging upside down, sneak past entrances using the SWAT turn, and make a half-split leap without being seen.
