During the course of their investigation into the grisly death of multiple people, Detective Sebastian Castellanos and his colleagues come face to face with an unknown and potent entity. Sebastian is attacked as he is in the middle of witnessing the slaughter of his fellow officers and is knocked unconscious. When he comes to, he discovers that he has been transported to a twisted realm where horrific animals roam among the corpses.
Sebastian is forced to contend with unfathomable horror and is forced to battle for his life as he sets out on a terrifying adventure to discover what is behind this malevolent power.
