Bunmei Kaika Aoiza Ibunroku

Mito Aoi is a typical high school girl who shares a shrine with her childhood pal Kaminari Sousuke. Her mother asks them to clean their warehouse one day, and they discover a silver mirror amid the antiques. Aoi is absorbed into the mirror just as they are about to leave when thunder strikes outside. When Aoi opens her eyes, she finds herself in 1873, during the Meiji era, with a troop of traveling performers, Aoiza, in front of her. Aoi recognizes an older Sousuke among the group, but he introduces himself as Kaminari Kensuke and informs her that she has the wrong person. For some reason, the group keeps calling her “Futaba Aoi,” which confuses her even more. She follows Aoiza back to their headquarters, a shop named Miyoshino in Ueno, where she discovers for the first time that “Futaba Aoi” is a sacred stone they’ve been guarding all this time. It’s a magically powerful family crest, but only Aoiza’s members know its existence. The stone vanished from its case today, and they eventually located it on Aoi’s wrist. As a result, they believe she is the incarnation of “Futaba Aoi” itself. Aoi, on the other hand, was born with that stone. Her grandmother suggested it might bring her good luck eventually, so Aoi always keeps it with her. Who would have predicted that it would play such a significant role in the past? The Aoiza members invite her to stay with them because she knows nothing about this planet. It would also make it easier for them to protect the stone. Aoi enthusiastically accepts their offer and thus begins her voyage with them.
