The original Crash of the Titans scenario is continued in the sequel, Crash: Mind over Mutant, which follows directly in its footsteps. The Titans from the prior game have managed to escape Dr. Cortex’s control and have now established themselves in a number of different locations across the Wumpa Islands. Nevertheless, Cortex and Nitrus Brio have collaborated on developing a technology that will allow them to exert influence over both the Bandicoots and the Titans. Now, Crash and his companions need to discover where Cortex is hiding so that they can stop him before he can carry out his dastardly plan. Crash’s ability to destroy lesser foes with a low-powered strike is limited; to prevail over larger competitors, he must utilize a higher-powered weapon. The crash is also capable of avoiding and blocking strikes. In the same manner as in Crash of the Titans, Crash can assume command of any Titans he comes across. However, he can bring the Titans with him this time and call upon them whenever necessary. The crash can improve not just his attacks but also the episodes of the Titans he currently possesses as he continues to conquer an increasing number of foes.
