Gradius Collection

The Gradius Collection is a compilation of five of the most popular games in the Gradius series, and it is being made available on the PSP for the first time. Gradius, Gradius II, Gradius III, Gradius IV, and the long awaited Gradius Gaiden (which has never before been released in the United States) are five games that span over 20 years and deliver hours of classic 2D shooting action on the go. Gradius Gaiden is the first game in the series to be released in the United States. Taking advantage of the technological capabilities of the PSP system, The Gradius Collection includes a Gallery Mode packed with a variety of one-of-a-kind features. This features the option to watch clips from various games in the series and the capability to listen to the pulsating music that was composed specifically for each game. In addition, players can select their preferred screen orientation, allowing them to see the game according to the specifications used in the arcade or to use the entire screen provided by the PSP system to expand the area across which they may view the game.
