Marvel Super Hero Squad

Marvel Super Hero Squad is a one-to-four-player action beat-em-up game based on the animated Marvel TV series. The game occurs in Super Hero City, and the Super Hero Squad must battle Dr. Doom’s Lethal Legion of Villains. The story goes that the mighty Infinity Sword was shattered long ago, and Dr. Doom and his minions are looking for the pieces, the Infinity Fractals. Each fractal is extremely powerful and bestows special abilities to those possessing it. The Super Hero Squad is the only one who can save Super Hero City! With a plot like that, the stage is set for a lot of fighting, though enemies can be targeted, allowing players to throw objects and use long range attacks. The player(s) can either progress through the story in Adventure Mode or engage in battle with other players in Battle Mode. The two modes of play provide a variety of gameplay and features: Adventure Mode: This mode is for two players and provides the player with (s) •Six campaigns to reclaim the Infinity Fractals and gain new and enhanced abilities. •The opportunity to play as the Hulk, Falcon, Iron Man, Thor, Silver Surfer, or Wolverine. •Two campaigns with Spider-Man and Dr. Doom that can be unlocked. •Participatory play. •Available characters, battle zones, and costumes. Battle Mode: This mode supports up to four players. •Fight as either a villain or a superhero. •Select from more than 20 characters, including the Avengers, Fantastic Four, and X-Men. •Make and use combination attacks.
