Metroid is an adventure action game that uses a science fiction setting to develop the environment and gameplay. Nintendo released this game for all handheld game consoles, later appeared more improved and superior versions than the original game. In the Metroid series, players will control bounty hunter Samus Aran through many dangerous missions as well as thrilling and engaging. Samus Aran is a bounty hunter using the most advanced equipment in the universe, and players can search for upgraded versions or Power-ups along the way for Samus. The variety of upgrades and Power-ups will bring players many surprises and many things to entertain the environment. Moreover, the space stations are designed in an open-ended world style, and tunnels or elevators connect them. Players will also be introduced to special rooms, which help proceed with the story. Metroid is an adventure action game, but it emphasizes exploration, so the game will have countless different locations for players to explore and collect important items.

Metroid was the first door to open up a substantial development for the series, it was one of the first games to use the science-fiction context to develop gameplay. Because of this, players will witness the first sci-fi environments portrayed by humans, and will also experience a new sensation when fighting alien monsters. Metroid is considered one of the great games for GBA, and it always succeeds in entertaining players with everything it has.
