Ocelot City is home to residents of many different racial backgrounds. Land, a resident known for living a mystic life, is among the most well-known people who live there. The main character, Rick, is Selma’s butler, who works for her throughout the story. Since Selma was involved in an accident that rendered her incapable of transforming into a dragon, her constant depression is one of her father’s primary concerns. However, he does find happiness in the company of his buddies and the other butlers.
