The events in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn are the basis for the game’s story mode, and the plot’s path is determined by the decisions the player makes during the game. In addition, there is a mode known as “Arcade,” a single-player option that pits you against the game’s artificial intelligence (AI) to battle and collect Dragon Balls. After that is the Z trial mode, which features two distinct styles of gameplay: survival, in which you fight against opponents controlled by the game’s CPU for as long as you can, and time attack, in which you compete to see how quickly you can make it through a predetermined set of adversaries. Last but not least, there is a mode called Profile Card, in which players will have their own in-game character profile cards that include their name and strength level. The player can create their card and personalize it using the materials that may be purchased from the game’s item store.
